Welcome to Auréva Hair (“Auréva,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”), any content or services offered through the Site, and your purchase of any products from us. 2. About Auréva Products

Auréva offers natural hair‑care and scalp‑care products designed for women experiencing postpartum, perimenopause, stress-related or general hair thinning. While we formulate our products with care, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Information on our Site is provided for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always read labels, perform a patch test, and consult a qualified healthcare provider before using a new product if you have questions or health conditions.

We strive to present accurate product descriptions, but colors, textures and packaging may appear different in person due to device displays or manufacturing variations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Order acceptance: All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by Auréva. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per household. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or billing address you provided at the time of purchase.

  • Pricing: Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but errors in pricing or product information may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed for an incorrectly priced item

  • Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes or duties. You are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or other fees incurred for your purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you when the product is delivered to the carrier. 5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return or exchange and sets out the conditions under which returns are accepted. In summary, unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Auréva and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party’s rights.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiations first. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be exclusively settled by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless both parties agree otherwise You waive any right to participate in a class action against Auréva.
