Shipping Policy – Auréva Hair

At Auréva Hair we want every order to arrive quickly, safely and exactly as expected. The following policy outlines how we process and ship orders, what you can expect for delivery times and costs, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way. Order Processing Times

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 3 pm Pacific Time are considered received the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business daypraella.com. During busy holiday periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer; we will post notices on our website if significant delays are expected.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. At checkout you can choose from the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – Delivered via USPS First‑Class Mail or similar ground service. Estimated delivery is three to five business days after your order leaves our warehouse, not including processing time.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Delivered via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or UPS 3 Day Select. Estimated delivery is two to three business days after shipment.

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – Delivered via UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx Express. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Express delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our carriers and do not include processing time. We do our best to dispatch orders quickly, but delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions or other events outside our control may occurpraella.com. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and most European Union countries. International orders are shipped via DHL Express or the postal service in your country. Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs and import duties, VAT and other taxes are not included in our product or shipping prices. International customers are responsible for paying these fees when their order arrivespraella.com. We cannot undervalue or mark orders as gifts.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, the total weight of your order and the shipping method chosen. From time to time we offer free standard shipping promotions for orders over a certain amount; if this applies to your order, it will be indicated at checkout. Shipping rates and any applicable free‑shipping thresholds are clearly displayed during the checkout process, so you know the cost before completing your purchasepraella.com.

Local Delivery and Pick‑Up

We do not currently offer local delivery or in‑store pickup options. Should this change in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking link to view the delivery status at any timepraella.com. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update. If you do not receive a tracking email within five business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for Express shipping options. Standard and Expedited shipping are available for P.O. Box addresses.

  • We cannot ship to countries under U.S. export embargoes or trade sanctions.

  • Due to transportation and import regulations, we cannot ship to international freight forwarders or cargo consolidation services.

  • Certain products may be restricted from air transport (for example, products containing high concentrations of alcohol). If your order contains restricted items we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Once your order is in the hands of our shipping carriers, delays or mishandling can occasionally occur. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@aurevahair.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate lost shipments or file a claim for damaged items and send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriatetermly.io. For insurance reasons we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages reported missing more than 30 days after shipment.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

If you need to return or exchange an item, or if you wish to cancel your order, please review our Return and Refund Policy. We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase; full details and instructions are provided in that policy. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of defective or incorrect itemstermly.io. Order cancellation requests must be made before your order has shipped, so please contact us promptly if you need to make a change.

Service Interruptions and Force Majeure

Occasionally circumstances beyond our control — such as extreme weather events, carrier strikes, pandemics or other emergencies — may cause shipping delays We will notify customers of any major disruptions affecting our ability to ship orders and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
